We recently designed the Regional Fisheries Coalition’s 2015 Annual Report. The Report is an 80 page, saddle-stitched booklet, printed on satin coated 70# stock. It includes a six-panel glossy centerfold stitched into the middle of the report, which can be easily removed as a standalone collateral piece.
The Report tells the stories and accomplishments of Washington’s 14 Regional Fisheries Enhancement Groups (RFEGs), which are all united under the umbrella of the Regional Fisheries Coalition. These are our state’s watershed level, community based, salmon recovery groups, which endeavor to restore valuable habitat to support salmon and steelhead populations for future generations.

We are so very excited to (finally!) be launching our new brand. The consultancy formerly known as Natasha Dworkin Communications, is now–officially–Matterhorn Creative. Yay!
Why did we name our new collective after a mountain in the Alps, you may ask (ok, maybe that was just Natasha’s parents who asked…)? Well, actually, we didn’t. Our name is a combination of the words “matter” and “horn.” Because your story matters, we help you tell it. See what we did there? (more…)

So your nephew built you a website in 1999. It was for a college class and he did it for free (in that new-fangled website builder, Microsoft Publisher). It’s not perfect but the price was right. It still looks ok and it doesn’t cost much to keep it up.
Many in the industry believe that a website is transcended by best technologies and best practices every 5 years, looking and performing poorly as the internet landscape develops around it. But many sites are able to stand the test of time.
So how do you know when it’s time to bite the bullet and invest in a new website? Below are 10 sure-fire indicators. (more…)
